Gaming floor, high-limit salon, lobby, two bars · 9,400 m²

A full interior re-fit of a waterfront gaming and resort property, delivered in eleven overnight stages while the venue continued trading at 70% capacity.

Materials
Emerald serpentine stone, fluted oak, brushed 316 stainless, wool-blend axminster, cast glass.
Results
Average dwell time in the high-limit salon rose 26% in the first two quarters after completion, and staff-reported noise complaints fell by two thirds.

An alpine integrated resort where the arrival sequence needed to soften the transition from daylight to a windowless gaming environment.

Materials
Green serpentine, schist-inspired cast panels, smoked bronze mesh, hand-knotted wool.
Results
Guest-experience surveys recorded a 19-point lift in arrival satisfaction, and the property reduced arrival-hall lighting load by 38%.

The Obsidian Private Salon

Four private gaming salons, service corridor, host suite · 780 m²

A discreet high-limit facility for an invitation-only membership, developed under a strict confidentiality protocol with a nine-month programme.

Emerald aniline leather, ebonised walnut, patinated nickel, silk-wool broadloom.
Results
All four salons passed acoustic commissioning at Rw 56, and the facility reached full membership occupancy within five weeks of opening.

Five hospitality venues inside a casino complex, each with a distinct character but a shared procurement, maintenance and spare-parts strategy.

Backlit onyx, antique mirror, emerald mohair, fumed oak, brushed pewter.
Results
Beverage revenue per square metre rose 31% year on year, and the shared component schedule cut replacement lead times to under three weeks.
