A casino carpet does more than decorate. It absorbs floor noise, defines circulation, hides wear and reinforces the venue identity. We design and supply custom woven carpets that are specified for acoustic performance, fire behaviour, stain resistance and long replacement cycles.
Our carpets are manufactured in the UK, Belgium and Canada, depending on the weave structure and programme. We coordinate with the acoustic engineer and the gaming-floor designer to ensure the backing and underlay system meets the target reverberation and impact-noise criteria.

Approach
How we design and deliver casino carpet
Carpet procurement is a long-lead process that starts before the interior design is complete.
Pattern design
We develop patterns that work at floor scale, hiding wear while supporting zoning and wayfinding. Patterns are tested in renderings and physical samples before weaving.
Acoustic modelling
Carpet and underlay are modelled with the acoustic engineer to confirm reverberation and impact-noise targets. We adjust pile weight and backing density to match the floor construction.
Sampling and sign-off
Full-width samples are produced for colour, texture and pattern review. The signed sample becomes the production benchmark and the site inspection reference.
Installation coordination
Carpet is installed in staged sequences that align with furniture and services. We programme seams, pattern matches and access routes to avoid reopening finished areas.
